My chest and lats are uneven. Right side smaller than my left side. Been in the gym for 6 months consistently and noticed this. My right shoulder appears to be rounded/forward more than my left. I think this is causing the imbalance. How can I fix this?
I don’t know of anything other than hitting a lot of unilateral exercises. Make sure you only go to failure on your weaker side so u don’t increase the problem.

I did dumbbell bench all summer and I don’t think it made any difference. I honestly think one of my only options is going to see a chiropractor
