Light run and stretch. The run causes more blood flow and quickens recovery while stretching helps loosen up muscles since they often get/are tight when sore. Also, the light run will cause the muscles to be warm when you stretch afterwards maximizing the effectiveness of the stretch vs if you did it cold.

If i do a hard leg day and think I’m gonna be sore I scrape my legs with these. It hurts but it’s decreases the soreness so much it’s worth it.

I usually hit cardio (stairs/ jump rope) the day after a heavy leg day. Kinda feels good to work through the pain and the day after is a lot less painful.
