I didn’t come in as shredded as I could have, I was probably about 7-8% body fat when I ran the marathon the week before and I took it very easy at Zone 1/2 and did walk breaks intentionally whenever I felt like I was pushing too hard. I finished with a time of 5:39 at an average heart rate of 150 bpm
