I love orange theory, I’ve seen a difference in my weight, along with better eating choices

If you're looking for weight loss, pair any one of those with strict calorie tracking and limiting and you should be alright. If you're looking to put on muscle, you're better off paying a personal trainer to set you up with a strength training program to do in a gym.
