Do you notice she looks at you because you're already looking at her? If you're like hyper aware of her it might be a case where yall just keep staring at each other. Might be at the gym without her glasses too and something on you catcher her eye. You could always try to approach if you want but just don't interrupt a set and be prepared if it's just coincidence

If you get the sense she’s looking at you, make a move w a respectful manner and be a man. If you get rejected than move on

No like I will be walking somewhere and we will make eye contact for a second or two and I’ll look down or around for a few sec and she will still be staring at me when I look back 🤷

I mean we’re both legal age but she def seems quite older than me not that that’s my problem

Yeah I’m just more so unsure as to how bc in a packed gym setting it can be very awkward esp w mixed signals
