Going on an aggressive cut. Ate 1000 calories at 200g protein today. Gonna keep that up for a few week while also doing cardio.

1200-1300 is what's needed for just your body to function so at 1000 calorie cut your going to be loosing muscle and damaging your body. Add at least 100

1200-1300 is the bare minimum to maintain bodily function (for most people). sedentary coma patients need 1200 calories. in a deficit you eat below your maintenance (bare minimum + calories used by your brain to think + calories used to move) but above your basal metabolic rate (the bare minimum).
