10% and you should maintain. It’s summer. Bulk in the fall and winter months.

Bulking really doesn’t accomplish much, being lean is generally the way to go for general, you’ll gain muscle either way at a similar rate

Yeah assuming you do it perfectly.. in practice though, having surplus energy stores helps on days when you undereat, and makes sure that your body is never looking elsewhere for calories. In theory they’re the same, but it’s much harder to balance gaining muscle without a bulk because you’re trying to fit in like a 100 kcal margin

Yeah nah I’m a bit fatter than this guy who’s prolly around 150 13%. I drink beer on weekends and still have sugar here and there. I’m ab 185 and still have abs and good energy so I feel like there’s a happy medium

I’m just saying don’t bulk, maybe saying lean is law is a bit extreme? I’m not meaning like show ready level lean, I’m just saying like don’t get fat to gain muscle in essence, the idea of “bulking” or like a dirty bulk or whatever is just outdated. That’s sort of the way I am, i stay leaner, but not insanely lean.

Not harder at all, just requires good recovery, bulking does nothing but create fat, which isn’t bad to have, but extreme to either side lean or bulky is silly, just as a general rule stay leaner, not show ready yk
