Get rid of exercises and sets. You don't ever need 3 different exercises for one muscle group in one workout

Bc I heard they targeted different parts of the lats, like the underhand grip emphasizes lower lats and things like that

I’d say you need one row and one pulldown. Just go harder on them

That's not true, both parts of the lats get worked in all lat exercises. You could get better gains just doing one lat pulldown variation and one wide grip row
