hi so i had a lower back injury and have been healing and slowly lifting light weights. but my upper back felt weird. I’m starting to think i need goo back excerises that will straighten my back. any recommendations would be nice 😊

I would do all your exercises seated to prevent any extra tension

As long as you don’t feel any pain. Your body will tell you when to stop. Just don’t overdo it on weight cause the more you micro injure the area the longer it’ll take to heal.

i’ve been using 20 to 25 pounds 😭 but yeah my upper back felt weird after my workout so i think i need to stop for now 🙂 it’s been about a month idk why i’m not 100%

I fractured my tail bone back in March and I’m still not 100%. Don’t beat yourself up about it, it takes time but it’ll get better.
