Had a raging ed and only limited my caloric intake (not giving the number for obv reasons). But you best believe I made those limited cals WORTH IT. Hamburger, tacos, chocolate, cookies, literally spent all my cals on JUNK and I lost weight. So I’m terms of losing weight, simply eat whatever you want but stay in a deficit. But to be HEALTHY, still stay in a deficit, but not as severe and include greens, proteins, less seed oils, etc and workout. The second way you will look & feel WAY better
