How do I find the will to lose weight ? I know it sounds like excuses but I’m dealing with bipolar depression, 40-50 hour work weeks, one college class and one lab, and trying to save to move out of a toxic household…

You can jump rope take breaks in between and do it up to 10 to 15 minutes each day that itself is enough and it’s the equivalent to 30 to 40 minutes of jogging
