
As long as you are in a caloric deficit you will lose weight. Find low calorie options to everything, drink a lot of water, get a lot of sleep, and keep walking and you’ll reach your goal. Once you start to plateau that’s your body saying it’s at a good spot for that workload. Once you hit that point you’ll have to reevaluate your plan and make more drastic measures if you so choose.
Go get eggs from giant eagle, hard boil them. Eat some in the morning if u like breakfast. I personally morning fast and go to the gym in the morning(you burn more in the morning before eating). Giant eagle also has 99 cent flavored tuna packets. They don’t taste as bad as it seems. Get protein in.
