Where do yall find the most growth? 3 times a week or 5-6 times a week? Planning out my next college semester; if I went 3 times I could spend 2 hours but other days it’d be 1.

I find my 4 day split to work really well without overwhelming me schedule-wise, I do upper body (push), upper body (pull), rest, cardio & abs, legs, rest, rest.

Higher frequency is better for growth with the caveat that you're managing fatigue and recovering from your workouts

For the 3 day split I was thinking of 1 hour weights then 1 hour cardio, and abs would join my leg day

Cardio before weights is what I’d personally recommend when I’ve done both in the same day, because cardio gives you adrenaline and adrenaline makes you strong, but that’s a matter of preference and not proven effectiveness afaik

cardio tires you out, physically and mentally. if you want to grow muscle or get strong, lift first.
