Doesn’t matter what exercise you do if you still aren’t eating how you need to. You could literally spend 24 hrs a day at a gym and gain weight if you eating enough

It’s being exaggerated but really yes if you are eating like crap and eating too much food you will not lose fat even if you are going to the gym or doing any type of exercise

So do whatever exercises makes you happy but you also need to be mindful of what and how much you are eating

lol yes it is slightly exaggerated but really any exercise will get you lean. It’s just about how much muscle you want to have when you’re lean. The lowest body fat I’ve ever had I was eating 4k cals per day and running 80 miles a week. But I was also 130 pounds at 6’1. It’s all about goals

If you want to have some muscle on you get your protein up and weight lift
