Spam arms and maintain/slow bulk for 2-3 years, maybe more. It doesn't happen overnight

In addition to prioritizing arms more, also focus on hitting shoulders more to round out and define the dorito shape. Shoulders play a big part in how big your arms are

I think it’s also your lats contributing to the silhouette of looking like you have a bigger ribcage. I agree to with training shoulders/delts more and maybe try some deep core/pelvic floor exercises to target the transverse abdominis

Here is a pic from the day before (obvi better lighting), but it’s not like I have completely small arms. Is the solution to just keep hitting them and eating to balance out my body?
