Focus on squat, bench, deadlift, pull ups (assisted) and pile accessories around based on what u want to work each day.
The gym is an amazing place and i truly hope you learn to love the journey as much as i do :)

I used to be a similar build I’ve been in the gym for four years now don’t forget that consistency is the most important step 💪 oh and blast lots of steroids. Lol

Start with mostly the boring compound lifts, it's not always fun but it works. Isolation exercises are supplementary!!

5'6" 120lbs 21f here. i recommend gzclp, but in general, do your compound exercises (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press) with heavy-for-you weights. you'll build strength pretty fastm

I genuinely just run 3 miles, bench the bar until failure and do 100 situps and ife been loosing weight and looking better 8 pounds in 2 months

Yeah from when I started, I just started blasting TRT and Tren. Truth is, there is no need to diet or really even lift, no need for cardio as long as you're cool with hearing beeping for a while. 🔱
