I’m struggling through the 12-3-3 thing. 12% incline 30m at 3mph. Holy shit. It’s fast and I feel like I’m dying. I’m beginning my gym journey and this is definitely making me feel bad. Anyone else tried this and struggled to…?
i’m short so i had to adjust it a little bit and it was still as effective but more sustainable

I’ve just been building up recently, going to 10 incline over some weeks, at 2 mph, then 2.5 for the last 5 minutes at 0 incline.
Being at 10 is real hard I tell you but it feels good after I swear

If it’s hard then it’s working. If it’s easy then you’re doing it wrong.

I can only do 20 minutes at 12% at 2mph I guess I’ll have to build from there
