has anyone ever had peroneal tendonitis? the outside of my food has been hurting a lot lately and i think it might be that. anyone know of ways to help?!?

Step 1. Ice/rest Step 2. Check your shoes to see if they’re the problem Step 3. Strengthen the bottom of the foot, get a small bath towel (the medium face ones or a kitchen towel) and lay it flat, use your toes to crunch it. Do 3 lengths 3x a day on each foot

Also using a hard ball like a lacrosse, baseball, golf ball, etc. to roll out the bottom of your foot does wonders, not sure if it would help here but it feels good lol
