145 lbs, I don't necessarily have an exact goal but maybe 155-160? I have a lot of complicating variables that make it hard for me to eat enough, unfortunately. So I've been stuck at this same weight or lower for a couple years 😔

Only thing I would change it swap out some grams of fat for carbs. Fat is essential for proper hormone regulation but you don’t want to overdo them. I’d up the carbs tho for sure, honey is quick and easy before a workout

Honestly this 30% fat goal I set feels low when I'm tracking foods I typically eat 😭 But I have mild lymphangiectasia and some doctors recommend only 30 grams of fat per day which feels insanely low
