What is your starting weight and what are you trying to get to

145 lbs, I don't necessarily have an exact goal but maybe 155-160? I have a lot of complicating variables that make it hard for me to eat enough, unfortunately. So I've been stuck at this same weight or lower for a couple years ๐Ÿ˜”

Only thing I would change it swap out some grams of fat for carbs. Fat is essential for proper hormone regulation but you donโ€™t want to overdo them. Iโ€™d up the carbs tho for sure, honey is quick and easy before a workout

Honestly this 30% fat goal I set feels low when I'm tracking foods I typically eat ๐Ÿ˜ญ But I have mild lymphangiectasia and some doctors recommend only 30 grams of fat per day which feels insanely low
