Minimize fat. Maximize protein and walk on incline treadmill for 45-90 mins a day

You lose fat by eating less calories than you burn on average. Physical activity and eating less high calorie foods can make it easier, but ultimately you need to eat less.

You can’t spot reduce fat. So if you want to lose love handles you have to lose weight over all. Be in a calorie deficit, lift and do cardio.

Eat in a calorie deficit of 200-300 calories. Eat one gram of protein per bodyweight, very simple way even if excessive. Walk 10,000 steps a day. Lift weights 3-4 times a week. Sleep 8 hours each night. Drink 2-3 liters of water.
