I’ve gotten pretty lean during my time at the gym but I could use some eating tips as I’m sure that’s the only thing that’s missing any super cheat code foods I do a lot of eggs in the morning and protein shake later in the day but any other suggestions?
Eating tips is just make sure you’re eating breakfast and hitting ur macros. The diet doesn’t lie

Gain weight I’m just pretty stagnant right now so it’s obviously probably just not getting the calories so I was looking for tips like for food people look at or tips while shopping for groceries idk it’s harder than I thought

Don’t try and eat everything in 3 meals. When I’m trying to gain weight I try and eat 4-6 times a day. Biggest tip
