Honestly my form for everything SUCKED back when I first started. Looking back it was probably a sight for some people to see, but nobody really cares. What helped me was watching a lotttt of YouTube videos on proper form, and then putting that into practice for my next lifting session
Yeah It is definitely not easy and it takes a LOT of time and work. So while it would be nice to have friends who have been in the gym a while help you out, sometimes the only option is to learn on your own. I literally spent hours every week researching and practicing. Yeah it sucked but it was so worth the time bc now I am confident in what good form is yk?
