Guys I need some motivation, mines slippin😞. I started at 200 and I’m now 172-175 (fluctuates a lot) I wanna get to about 140 but I feel like I’ve been doing this forever and I’m not losing the weight as fast as I should be 😩 it’s been 7 months

This is going to sound corny af. But try focusing on the journey rather than the end goal bc ultimately what retains your gainz is changing your lifestyle. Learn how to love the process and practice the daily habits with your end goal in mind.

Also you’re doing good so far! You’re losing about 1 pound every week which is at a healthy rate just keep going champ

just understand this, 7 months were going to go by whether u worked out or not. Another 7 months from now, would you rather look and feel even better than you do now or let the time pass by and have no change?

Granted I kinda stopped tracking my this last month - I didn’t gain any weight tho - just stayed in the 172-175 range
