I’ve tried like three times and I can’t keep the weight off. For me this has been an experience that has expanded my empathy and understanding tbh

There’s fatphobic and then there’s realizing that people CAN lose weight they just often choose not to change their habits.

i was in your same boat for a long time and i realized i would work out (not consistently) and then i didnt change my diet. the weight really started dropping once i quit drinking soda and working out consistently
