I been on and off lifting for awhile I feel like I’m reaching that point where workouts are turning to whatever. Anyone got a chest workout or split that would help increase my strength

A routine is only as good as your ability to stick to it, if you're inconsistent you're not gonna make much progress

If you want a really nasty chest pump machines that converge are the way to go, so pick a flat machine chest press and an incline machine chest press where the handles come together at the top of the movement. And do a pec fly. 2 sets of each close to failure will have you feeling like you need a bra by the end of your lift
