Try eating more calorie dense foods like nuts/nut butters/trail mix, cook with oil/butter, drink your calories when possible, stay consistent (these are things that helped me in the past)

Are u running smth thats causing the appetite issue? Don’t answer. First of all start eating as early as possible in the morning and cardio (zone 2) so your body wants it more.

my main tips for what helped me go from 130-205: drink hella water, it’ll help stretch your stomach so you don’t feel full as quickly. always carry trail mix with you wherever you are, it’s calorie dense and easy to snack on. if your skin doesn’t break out easily with dairy, drink a lot of milk and have a lot of yogurt. if you happen to be smoking anything, stopping that will help majorly. add olive oil to just about everything you eat (120cal per tbsp that you won’t taste).

Muscle growth is a slow process and is rarely limited by caloric intake

but on some real shit, nothing is wrong with being 150 lbs. being lean is just as impressive imo OP.

Thank you! I’ll keep trying, I think the hardest thing about it is consistency with my appetite.

I average abt 10k steps a day and yeah quite honestly I often skip out on breakfast. Have to just force myself to eat more, just sucks when you don’t feel hungry

Ya of course! And thats the main thing, just keep trying :)) once your body gets used to eating more it gets easier. It also helped me a lot to track my food, highly recommend if you arent already doing that

if you can push yourself with food for a week or two, it becomes much easier to remember to eat and to be able to put down more food per meal. after that, just keep up with the cardio while gaining and you’re golden. best of luck!

Thank you! This is awesome advice and hearing your success is a great motivator. I’ve never thought of using water for that. I’ll do my best and maybe update this thread in a few months

I was gonna say a little weed might help with appetite add on a lot more calories after you get the munchies

really depends on the person, I know some people that get the munchies and eat a lot, but when I stopped my appetite was more steady throughout the day and I shot up 20lbs

idk how one doesn’t get the munchies on weed. only adderall can suppress my appetite🤞

haha it did, but then I only got hungry when I smoked and I was trying to lean off it so I was just never hungry, once I fully stopped, my natural appetite came back full force
