Lowkey just look up “gym split for (insert man or woman)”. I say this only because I feel that the goals are inherently different. As a guy I’m not trying to build a phat ass but I know plenty of women who train for that purpose. The biggest thing is small, consistent steps, and implementing good habits

Depending on ur goals, but just go to the gym for 45 mins a day to build the habit. Cardio is the easiest thing because it requires no thinking but as you get into a routine start weight lifting. This is what I did.
