How do calorie deficits work exactly, in simple terms 😭 because I don’t think I want to hit the full calories I have set for today and I’ve been doing well so far today for nutritional eating with a little treat? Does that help it or hurt it?
Weight is lost when you eat less calories than you burn over time. The bigger the gap between what you eat and what you burn determines how fast you lose weight

Im also on my period so I allowed myself a little treat with sugar but im still under my calorie goal

big sweet treat person truthfully drizzilicous? rice cakes have been godsend for low cal sweet treat. halo top/nicks with sugar free chocolate syrup great too. if i binge either i don’t feel too guilty or sick to my stomach.

as long as you keep a good relationship with food that’s what matters 💗 counting calories religiously can lead to an ED which is so hard to break. please make sure you are eating enough to sustain yourself throughout the day

if you have a set deficit don’t try to “beat” that and eat less than that. you’re more likely to develop issues with eating if you continue to do that.
