I was thinking about going to the gym but here’s my issue, every time I go idk what to do so I follow stuff I see on TikTok but I never have the right form, or it starts to hurt after like 1 rep so I jump to another station and I keep jumping an look dumb

Like let’s say I want to work on arms i literally can only do it for a little bit before my arms get tired an then I look stupid just trying stuff at the gym and then leaving after only being there for 15min. An I wanna be a stairmaster girly but that shit hurts my knees so bad 😭

It’s okay to be new, but try to be more consistent. ofc try new things that you find fun so it keeps u going and i promise you no one is paying much attention. AND don’t be afraid to ask someone
