Can I ask how much of a deficit you’re in? Sometimes (especially for women) if you’re in TOO much of a deficit, your body slows its metabolism down to adjust and conserve energy, which really reduces the effectiveness of your deficit. Sometimes it helps to do a week at maintenance and then start cutting again just to give your metabolism a little boost
Me too! My thyroid is almost nonfunctional at this point. I recommend REALLY prioritizing sleep! It’s so important for recovery. Also aim for keeping your TSH around 1. There’s a difference between normal and optimal labs. I alternate different doses of levothyroxine every other day to keep it dialed more. Also make sure you’re prioritizing recovery days too.
