Losing the weight the natural way while everyone (and I do mean everyone) around me is on ozempic feels insane. My moderate-quick weight loss pace feels crazy slow when someone tells me they've lost like 10 pounds in the past few weeks.

Ozempic is gonna lead to osteoporosis it’s crazy to think people are just cool with not eating allowing muscle to deteriorate and bone density over time.

Yeah but ozempic loses weight in a much much worse way. It’s a strong appetite suppressant, and causes people to lose weight period, including massive losses in muscle. There’s something called ozempic butt for a reason. Doing it your way is healthier, and you’ll look better by the end of it.

Well they aren’t doing it the natural way so ofc you’re going to feel behind

Your bones will thank you for not taking a shortcut. When you reach the finish line or near it, you should be able to snap ozempic users like toothpicks.

Look better than if you used ozempic to get to the same end weight**

this isn’t necessarily true because i’m on a glp1 and i am still building muscle.

Yeah it’s possible, but the way glp1 medications work isn’t by targeting fat it’s just by making you not eat. It’s possible but it’s not generally thought about by people considering them, and it’s more difficult to maintain a fat loss+muscle gain while on them than just doing it outright

I'm not debating that at all I'm just pointing out that it is frustrating and makes me feel like I'm behind others because I'm doing it the natural way 😃

Likely going to cause issues with fertility too. Many reproductive hormones are throttled based on organic body fat fluctuations relative to the surrounding environment.

Have you noticed how EVERYONE just slightly overweight has a prescription for it?

My relatives (who 100% could naturally lose the amount of weight required) are all on it. Including my diabetic mother who was controlling her diabetes naturally with diet and exercise and now relies on ozempic and lowk is regressing

Didn’t do an in depth study myself but that’s not great to hear especially given the looming threat of declining birthrates. I did notice a trend where specific girls were dating guys who were, and forgive me for putting it this way “huge pussies”. And it was always girls on specific meds. In your observation… should I add ozempic to the list of doctor prescribed roofies?

Remember kids OxyContin was also fda approved and was what opened the doors to the opioid epidemic. Always watch when there is an overprescription of a new drug usually snake oil

Get the word out as best you can #5 and OP. Found a similar theme like you said with other mass prescribed “miracle drugs” (that’s a red flag concept right there, only God can conduct miracles) Who knows how many people/families you can save an immense amount of pain just by speaking out and beating this drum regularly to remind people the track record for this type of thing is abhorrent.
