I’m not super jacked but I have definition and a slight dad bod. I want to get my abs to pop out more but not be those people whose abs are like super noticeable. I’m currently eating 2200 cals for my cut. Bulk is 2800 cals and maintenance is 2400. Help.
You're on a 200 cal cut so I'll put this into perspective. That's 1 pound every 17 days. Unless you're cutting for a long time you won't be seeing much progress and it's very easy to over estimate 200 cals with a lot of foods

your bulk, maintence, and cut calories are off. It should be a 500 cal difference between the 3 of them. Eat 2000 cals a day, 180g protein, 50gs fats, 200 carbs a day

You don't have to drop your cals if you're already losing weight, you just have to keep doing what you're doing
