Hey folks, what's the best way to recover from cramping? It's becoming more of a problem as I'm training harder. Quads and foot arch are the big ones, but I had brachialis ones this week that made me cut my back/bi day a little early.

For me cramp prevention is just as important. Make sure you’re staying hydrated or have fuel for before workout. Don’t forget to stretch as well before starting. You can do reps with lower weight or proper static and active stretching. If you do get the cramp, water, electrolytes, and carbs then get a lacrosse ball and massage the contact points

I’ve heard salt water is good or LMNT if you want something flavored

Pickle juice. Also be sure your sheets aren’t tucked in tight at the bottom. That can cause foot, calf, and thigh cramps.

Like in hotels where they tuck them in super tight at the bottom. Limits your movement in your sleep and can cause cramping.
