
I also agree with what’s being said here. You’ll want to spam motivational videos, reels, compilations to ignite a spark. But as I’ve discovered, that spark is only temporary. It fizzles out shortly after I’m done scrolling lol. Eliminate distractions and just keep looking back at your goals. The first few days/weeks are the hardest but they’re necessary to build momentum. Then it becomes second nature especially once you see progress. Then the addiction starts.
