By the amount of volume and redundancy in the workout, I'm guessing you don't lift very heavy, which would make the workout less effective, but I could be wrong

personally I hate people who super set but if you’re doing this at home or somewhere that there’s no chance other people will need anything you’re using while you’re super setting it’s ok

i’m not lifting heavy bc I only have barbells and heaviest one only goes up to 33lbs
