i find it so frustrating meeting people who can eat literally ANYTHING and stay lean. i’m so jealous! i eat fairly healthy, workout often, calorie deficit of course and i’m barley losing weight 🥲 been doing this for over a year idk what i’m doing wrong
If you're not losing weight you're not in a deficit

yes! i try to use it as often as i can but sometimes i just don’t have enough time :(

If you're not using it 100% of the time there's no guarantee you're accurately tracking your cals. And keep in mind people who track for years sometimes track wrong
