So I'm not someone who washes her hair every day, and I started working out recently and have to wash my hair everytime bc it feels gross. Any tips on how to keep it fresh longer so I don't have to wash it as often??

I just use dry shampoo! I don’t have time to wash it every day bc I have textured hair that’s also dry, so I put it into a ponytail or bun during workouts and then put dry shampoo into it. You could also try hair perfume

You can try to blow dry the sweat out, or use dry shampoo sometimes. Unfortunately if you have super fine straight hair, the reality is that grease and sweat will be hard to manage and you’ll just have to wash it more.
