Hi , i’m a plus size girl and i really want to lose weight because people around me are dying from heart attacks at young ages. What do yall meals look like weekly and what workouts do you recommend.

as a fellow big girly (starting at 226 lbs at 4’10) i recommend eating lots of protein! having protein heavy foods can help you feel fuller (as well as drinking lots more water). grilled chicken, and ground beef are things i started eating a lot more alongside cheddar cheese, vanilla protein shakes, and protein bars with dark chocolate. beans are good protein too! and remember not to go COMPLETELY into a brand new diet as that will just make u want to crash and give up.

You lose weight by eating less calories than you burn. There are online calculators that tell you how many calories you burn on average based on your weight, height, and activity level.

Set a very strict no-snacking rule for yourself - everything you eat, you eat during one of the three meal times. Plan your meals out in advance with what you know you’ll need, not what you want in the moment. Make every meal consist of a straightforward primary-protein entree, complex (or at least not just straight sugar) carb side, and fruits/veggies. Just about any exercise is good, so long as it genuinely tires you out (ie consumes energy), cardio is best for quicker calorie burning, but

If you can't create a calorie deficit through eating less, you can burn extra calories by moving over a long period of time. Something as easy as making a higher step count goal and meeting that every day burns a lot of calories without training intensely.

weight training will boost your metabolism better/generally set you up better physiologically. Eat intentionally and move consistently, and eventually you will find yourself healthy.

Also, use this info to get into a calorie deficit, but you already knew that.

You set your own bounds, but without bounds you’re kinda screwed

You can obviously have an occasional snack without suffering much, but it is easier to just cut them out entirely than to have the temptation of defining “occasional” too liberally
