lol so I workout 7 days a week at 5am and I’ve been just focusing on hitting my protein so a protein smoothie breakfast and dinner, potatoes and three eggs at 11 with milk, 1/3 container of yogurt at 2-3 w milk then the next smoothie and protein oatmeal with milk before bed

Sounds like a lot but I have nothing to do all day so it keeps me sane, I also go on a walk after I eat the yogurt
