eggs are high in cholesterol but they won’t raise your cholesterol (the bad for your heart part) the same way some super fatty (saturated far, trans fat) foods will. also—all the cholesterol is in the yolk, if you mainly eat egg whites you don’t really need to worry about the cholesterol at all.
i quite literally already stated that the cholesterol in eggs will not affect your cholesterol in the same manner as cholesterol in something high in saturated fats—say, lard. but, that does not change that yes, eggs are high in cholesterol & that cholesterol is in the yolk. i’m not saying to eliminate egg yolks but most gym goers are concerned with their macros & egg whites are usually what people are eating. it was worth mentioning. i study nutrition.
