That’s what I thought but then heard it can be bad for your heart if you eat too much and I’ve been eating them for breakfast damn near every day soooo idk now

eggs are high in cholesterol but they won’t raise your cholesterol (the bad for your heart part) the same way some super fatty (saturated far, trans fat) foods will. also—all the cholesterol is in the yolk, if you mainly eat egg whites you don’t really need to worry about the cholesterol at all.

Nah eggs have healthy cholesterol in them eat the yolks that’s where all the micronutrients are

i quite literally already stated that the cholesterol in eggs will not affect your cholesterol in the same manner as cholesterol in something high in saturated fats—say, lard. but, that does not change that yes, eggs are high in cholesterol & that cholesterol is in the yolk. i’m not saying to eliminate egg yolks but most gym goers are concerned with their macros & egg whites are usually what people are eating. it was worth mentioning. i study nutrition.

and if you’re saying eggs have the good cholesterol, i would challenge that. the cholesterol in eggs increases the LDL levels, which is the bad cholesterol. i’m not anti-egg but i think saying they only have good cholesterol is a promotion of misinformation

Yes but if you get good quality eggs I would say they are vast majority good cholesterol but yes you are right
