Literally no matter how much weight I lift my calorie deficit WILL NOT go up. I’ve tried so many calculators and they basically all tell me to starve 🥲

I mean like literally day to day, burn more. But I’m like 150 rn and in a deficit at 2600 cals, its awful

yeah I mean a resting deficit I already strength train and get 10k steps there’s no amount of moving that could get me in a deficit with over 2000 calories at my weight.
