I love tennis but I haven’t played since I’ve been going to the gym and l’m afraid that if I play for a few hours I’ll lose weight and I’m already a super skinny guy is it worth it?

Just play tennis. Life is too short to worry about dumb stuff like that. If you love it then do it. Plus unless you are out there playing for like 5 hours a day nonstop you aren’t going to notice any difference. Just eat a little bit more and you’ll be alright. If anything the cardio will make you more hungry so you can get even more protein and calories in.

Yes it’s worth it lol. Just eat more to make up for the calories burned if you’re trying to put on weight
