Nah bro you made a shit ton of progress, the difference is huge, as for food, drink your calories, egg whites in shakes, peanut butter, bagels etc, anything high calorie, also you taking creatine?

It’s good progress, but in a year and a half? I feel like it should be a lot more. The first year is where you get most of your gains, are you training to absolute failure, getting all the nutrition you need?

I feel like it only appears that way cause you have fairly long arms, which will j take a little extra focus

You've got a similar physique to me, not sure if you have a hard time gaining weight but I do. Where I've gained the most progress is by focusing on compound lifts and moderate healthy bulking. Don't listen to anyone telling you to slam excess empty calories. Focus on attainable goals, take creatine, and eat about 500 more calories a day as a start

I just feel like I’m lacking how well I could be doing. Working out as often as a can and trying so damn hard to put food away but it’s so fucking hard

That is 100% valid, bulk supplements has some cheaper options, also Aldi’s has protein powder for like $20
