Got I’m so fucking fat and ugly and I have no idea how to actually loose weight. And I’m tired of having a huge stomach and no chin. And yeah calorie deficit but without being able to meal prep I have no grasp on how to do it. I’m 5’0 and I weigh 213

You don’t necessarily have to meal prep, just eat less and track what you do eat. Make sure you consume less calories than what you burn in a day. Prioritize protein if you can. Add some lifting or cardio or both into the mix and you should be good. Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight it takes time, so try to remember it is a process.

get myfitnesspal or similar. figure out a decent estimate for your daily calories burned and then eat less than that by a certain amount every day. exercise will help by increasing your calories burned as well.

Caloric deficit. Easiest way in my opinion is to eat one less meal per day
