Make your first goal to just go into the building consistently for however many days a week you’d like. Everything you do once you’re there is a bonus until it becomes routine.

this!! once you get comfortable being there, it’s so much easier to make yourself go. also, the spotlight effect is a thing! everyone is always so worried about what they are doing that they genuinely don’t pay as much attention to anyone else as you probably think! <3 from a fellow chubby girl who was once scared to start but is SO glad she did
