made huge arm gains lately, i’m really proud. it’s weird that some muscles just grow faster than others..for bi’s, i’ll do an occasional preacher curl, but truthfully i prefer the ez-bar because i can simply turn my hands over after traditional curls to work my forearms with the same movement. for tri’s, i’ve also been doing either iso kickbacks or a pushdown, and an overhead ez-bar extension. i just started the overhead, and it’s a bitch lemme tell you
admittedly my bi's have grown quickest and i'm not sure why. genetics? i wish my chest would show the same development, i work it just as hard if not more so. anyway, if i had to guess, there's some redundancies in your plan. for instance, a preacher curl AND an ez-bar curl are the exact same thing. after a while, there's a point of diminishing return. try using the energy you'd normally expend on repeat exercises to go harder on more focused ones
