I have really bad shoulder pain, what’s the best way to still get a good workout in other than lower body? any advice? :(

Take it light and easy and do rotator cuff work

Ik its not helpful but you dont want it to become a longer lasting thing, when i first started it would usually be my rotator cuffs that were hurting for a few months until they developed more

I tore my shoulder as a teen and I just don’t think it ever properly healed :( but I’ll look into that! thanks 🙏
