After one week, I am at 220 lbs
Tired of being fat. Today, I am 5’10 225 lbs and I won’t stop losing weight until I am 145 lbs. I don’t wanna look in the mirror and feel ashamed anymore

Let’s go! Great progress. Don’t get discouraged if next week, you only lose 1-2 lbs, as water weight can drop off a lot in the beginning. Good luck bro

You need mass to build muscle and if you do low cal high protein you should be able to build muscle and lose weight
