You'd be surprised to hear this but its not your biceps that make your arms look bigger, but rather your triceps. Make sure you are hitting them like crazy. Spam tricep pushdowns, skull crushers, JM press and all of that and you'll see results

Curl grip pull ups. Vary distance between hands. I’ve tried everything from machines, dumbbells, straight and curl bar. Curl grip pull ups is what my friends and I found work best. (We still do all of them but if I had to do any of them that’s my #1 for bicep development)

Hard disagree. Doing pull-ups for biceps makes no sense
