Im eating 180-200 protein, 2100 cals which is a 800 deficit, i see tiktoks where people complain of ground beef & rice all time but I’ve been eating things like ground turkey burgers air fryer nuggets etc is there a better way I should be doing this?

Consistency always outperforms unsustainable perfection. If turkey burgers and air fryer nuggets keep you on track and prevent burnout, that IS optimal for you. Don't worry about what people on TikTok do, most don’t know what they’re talking about and want to advertise some trend over proven nutrition advice.
